Setting P4 to FF, I got 32kph max based on my weight. I’m happy with this as any faster would require me to wear a motorcycle helmet. I don’t think it makes sense to go much faster without a front and rear suspension. I’m planning on doing some cross-border rides with this with additional batteries on my backpack. It’s still a small enough size to bring folded into a cafe. I could also leave the escooter outside locked and charge the battery indoors.

The X8 rocks! I live in St. Petersburg, FL where parking is a premium. I ride into the downtown area to shop and dine and have no worries about finding a parking spot. Very easy to collapse and stow. Top speed is usually around 19/20 MPH which is perfect for the downtown area where the speed limit is 20 MPH. I did have a flat tire and it was hard to find an inner tube locally. Amazon to the rescue. Great scooter for a great price – wear a helmet for your own safety though.

Top speed I’ve seen is a steady 19 mph (which is plenty fast for commuting) with the battery over half, closer to 16 mph between 50 and 30% battery. I could not be happier with their customer service!
