***During the Covid-19 Pandemic, it’s normally taking about 5-10 days even with the fast shipping option (domestic warehouse). This time frame begins from the day you receive your tracking number. We thank you in advance for your patience during these difficult times.***

TNT / DPD will be used to deliver your HX electric scooter right to your door. But if you’re a wholesaler for a pallet or truckload, you can pickup at local warehouses on your own schedule.

YES, HX Scooter Shop currently offers free shipping on all orders to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the 48 contiguous United States.

  1. If you buy a complete HX Electric Scooter or Ebike, no tax will be charged for orders shipped domestic US and the EU. (tax will be charged for customers in UK/Norway/Switzerland)
  2. If you buy spare part replacements and ship to EU/NZ/AU, you will need to pay tax.

We will ship your scooter within 1-3 business days of your order placement.

Shipping time varies from 5-10 business days for the U.S. and EU countries. Ready Stock are shipped from our Germany & L.A. warehouse by UPS / TNT.

**Please note that your shipping / tracking information can not be tracked immediately. We create your tracking label after your package has left our location.**

HX electric scooters and ebikes ship to all EU countries (with the exception of the Swift S1), the 48 contiguous states of America.

This method of shipping is the best option we have to keep prices low for you and shipping times reasonable.

Please note that HX brand store DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Yes. Your order can be canceled or changed if it has not shipped. Please contact our customer service team via support@HXESCOOTER.com. Please be aware that there will be a 25% restocking fee for returns for non-defective reasons.

Order Cancellations:

All orders can be canceled if the item/items ordered have not shipped yet. And no processing fee or restocking fee will be charged. Please go to “My Account” and find “Cancel Order” to submit the cancellation request, or you can also cancel the order by sending an email to support@HXESCOOTER.com.

Once the scooter was picked up by UPX/TNT, Cancel order is not available. It’s simply impossible for us to get it ship back.

*While we do have 15 days return policy if you insist, but a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition.

HX KIXIN always wants you to have an exciting ride with us. However, if you need to return an order, we’re here to help. Contact our customer service team at support@hxescooter.com and send us the following information BEFORE returning it to us.

  1. The reason for return.
  2. The valid order number.
  3. The marked delivery date.
  4. A clear photo and/or video to show the product condition if you are returning for quality reasons.

The replacement and refund process will be initiated as soon as we have received your returned product.

In very rare cases, your order may be damaged during shipping due to various reasons. In such case, please contact our customer service team via support@hxescooter.com with a clear photo and/or video of the production condition and we will help you with the issue immediately.

Please make sure that you can notify us of the damaged product issue within 7 days from the date of receipt. Claims made longer than 7 days will not be accepted.
