I bought an X6 e-scooter here, I really need a folding scooter, and there are practically no analogues on the market! This X6 e-scooter is very comfortable, folds really fantastically, and rides like any non-folding scooter. But I was unlucky and out of the box I received an X6 e-scooter with a defective motor. However, after long and difficult negotiations with support, I received a new wheel motor from the company, changed it, which turned out to be very simple. I am now enjoying this beautiful X6 e-scooter. Thank you to the support for providing me with warranty assistance, and I received the motor from you for free!

I had eagerly anticipated receiving one of your fantastic scooters, especially the X6 foldable scooter not available for purchase in my area. However, it seems fate or other circumstances have intervened, preventing its delivery.
